04 The guarantee
The Spectrum Savings Guarantee covers new customers who order Internet 100 or higher and at least two paid Unlimited Mobile lines, and existing Spectrum Internet customers who move at least two mobile lines to Spectrum Mobile, when the lines come from Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T. If first-year savings don’t total $1,000 versus what you were paying, Spectrum applies the difference as bill credits.* The one free Mobile service in Spectrum One is not a paid line.

Choose the Internet speed, keep your current phone or pick a new one, and add lines if you need them. We go through the monthly total line by line.
Set up Internet yourself with the Express Connect Kit or have a technician do it, then activate Mobile with a SIM or eSIM.
06 Spectrum One questions
Three services on one monthly price: Spectrum Fiber-Powered Internet at the speed you choose, Spectrum Advanced WiFi for the whole home, and one Unlimited Mobile service. Spectrum Internet® required.
For the first year: $40/mo with Internet 100, $50/mo with Internet 500, or $60/mo with Internet 1 Gig. Each price is the Internet promotional rate plus Advanced WiFi — $10/mo on Internet 100 and 500, included with 1 Gig — while the Unlimited Mobile service is free for 12 months through bill credits. Taxes, fees and activation charges are extra; standard rates apply after the promotional period.
Spectrum credits your bill for your first Unlimited Mobile service for up to 12 months while you keep Spectrum Internet and Auto Pay. The credit covers the first line only, phones are not included, and tablets and smartwatches don’t qualify. After the 12 months, standard Unlimited rates apply.
Unlimited is $30/mo per additional line, Unlimited Plus $40/mo per line ($30 with Internet 1 Gig) and Unlimited Plus Premium $50/mo per line. Spectrum Internet® and Auto Pay required.
Neither: no annual contract, and Spectrum Internet has no data caps. On Unlimited Mobile, cellular speeds may slow after 30GB during times of high demand, and hotspot speeds drop after 5GB.

With Spectrum Internet already in place, you add Advanced WiFi ($10/mo, or step up to Internet 1 Gig, which includes it) plus one Unlimited Mobile service that’s free for 12 months. The promotional Internet prices shown here are for new residential customers with no Spectrum service in the past 30 days; current-customer offers vary by location and plan.
